1. What is your return and exchange policy?

At NEIGHBORS&HOODS, each piece is made to order with the highest attention to detail. While we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues, we're committed to making things right if there's a quality issue. In the unlikely event of a misprint or defect, please reach out to us within 25 days and we'll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund. We appreciate your understanding as we create your custom apparel just for you.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

We know you're excited to receive your new pieces! Generally, it takes us about 2-5 business days to create your order, and then standard shipping usually adds another 3-4 business days here in the US. While we always aim to get your items to you as swiftly as possible, these are typical timeframes to expect.

At the moment, we're focusing on orders within the US and do not offer international shipping. We hop to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!
